Usually 50/50.  Be careful and trust the person you’re partnering with.  Both names should be on the contract..

Only if multiple offers on the table.  I have played the game of making an investor think I had another offer.  And that was only due to them dragging their feet.  However open and honest communication is always good practice.

I agree with Kerry.  The best way to get started is by doing.  I started by driving for dollars to look for properties and scouting potential investors by going to local real estate meet up groups and even going to auctions and sheriffs sales.  Always investors there.  Good luck and may God Bless your endeavors...

Can anyone tell me the process for wholesaling a property that’s up for foreclosure. Is it the same process for assigning a contract?
