I am currently and have dealt with @Ryan Mullin and @Ashley Mullin in the past at FS houses and they are good honest people who treat everyone they deal with fairly. Hi Will, I happen to be from Anderson and I think now is the time to invest in Anderson if you know the spots to invest in. Lots of good infrastructure is being put in place to get from Anderson to the Northside of Indianapolis very quickly for people that want to commute. They are also possibly creating a reservoir where mounds mall is. All that being said, you must have a good contact that REALLY knows the area. Also need to find a good property manager that will manage properties in Anderson, that could be challenging unless your contact knows somebody. You can find some really good returns, just be careful, it is a tricky market.... Best of luck in A-town!!

Welcome to BP Rashauna! I wish I would have gotten into real estate at 24......good for you! I primarily wholesale but do the occasional rehab from time to time. There is plenty of people better than I to talk to about rehabbing houses but I am always happy to talk and give what information I have. Lots of people have helped me (and still do!!!) along the way and most of them I met at meet ups. Like others, I highly recommend you attend those meetings and listen to every podcast on this site.
