I have never used anything other that excel to keep tract of my properties. I am purchasing a 15 unit and it’s apparent that I need a digital upgrade. What is the best/user friendly program to use In this situation?

My name is Parker, I am a newish investor as well. I grew up in Knoxville and have two rental properties there still. I have been on active duty with the Army for the past 12 years and I am still on active duty. If you need any local info please let me know. I am friends with multiple real estate agents and have a local bank that is great at underwriting for young up and comers.
