Thank you all for the warm introduction. I will take the advice and run with it. @Kalen Suter I would love to meet for coffee and sit and talk shop sometime. Inbox me and let me know when you are available. @Jake Thomas I decided to quit my day job because there was no job satisfaction, no room for growth (unless I was there for years), I didn't control my life, over worked, long commute, and I wasn't passionate about it. Although I was making over 70K, it was honestly wasting my time. I have been dreaming about being a RE investor for several years, but was always scared. At some point I had to tell me myself to take action. So no, I don't have lot of projects that are keeping me busy. However, I have a lot of homework I am giving myself to keep me busy. I am on the computer and in books for more than 9 hours of the day. Also, since I stay home I have a lot more time with my children and wife. She is supporting me through all of this. She is the bread winner (for now lol) I have managed to tighten my circle with people who support me and not criticize me for quitting. America has gotten lazy. People think the only way to financial success is through getting a good job, work your way up the corporate ladder, and retire 40 years later. I prefer to do things different and be an example for my children. I an passionate, sincere, and dedicated. I am all in.

Greetings!

My name is William King and I am from Oceanside, CA. I am currently active in the RE community. Actually, I quit my full time job to pursue my dream. I want start out flipping properties, venture into rentals, and then eventually become a Real Estate Developer. I begin my Master in Real Estate Development this fall. I have numerous education credentials/certificates between Bachelors and starting Masters.

I am ready to get started and learn new things. I just heard about this forum just by researching on REI clubs and I YELPED it. So, hopefully things go well. If you're in the North County San Diego area don't hesitate to reach out.
