@Matt Popilek I am not familiar with The BRR strategy. Who should I study to learn more about this strategy? How is there infinite COC?

@Matt Popilek - ok - do you get your money back on a flip when you finish the remodeling and refinance the deal? You would then have to make sure the property still made enough money to cover all the expenses - the new mortgage and bring you a cash flow correct?

@Matt Popilek is pro forma the same thing as the BP calculator? Also - isn’t the brr strategy include flipping? I heard 12% cash on cash is good for multi family.
