Hello Everyone,

My name is William Groom, I relocated to Little Elm, Texas from New Haven, Ct 2 years ago. I have been interested in real estate for a long time, mainly commercial. I am looking to build a rental portfolio in the next three years, as well as acquire some vacation rental property. I look forward to learning as much as possible.
