Andrew Postell they have not offered me anything. I have seen several ads and posts in on other group I subscribe to, all the ads basically say the same thing except for the credit requirements. The score requirements changes in each post.

Anyone familiar with or ever received a Memorandum of Acceptance from an angel investor? If so how did you go about verifying authenticity, I do not currently have the capacity to spend thousands for legal counsel.
