I just PCS'd from Dyess AFB this past June. I worked at the AFRC, as the TXARNG recruiter. I know a guy on Dyess who is retired, works on base as a civilian, does REI and is a licensed Real Estate Agent there in Abilene. I actually enlisted his son into the National Guard. I know he buys/sell and owns quite a few properties that he rents out. Abilene is great rental market! If you're interested, I can get your info to him. I'm sure he wouldn't mind sitting down and talking with you for a bit.

Welcome to DFW! I just read your post about agents in the DFW area. I am currently working on my RE License (Active Military now.) However, my wife is licensed and working with KW Arlington.   She can you buy and sell properties if that is what your looking to do.

We'll be investing soon ourselves, we're in the process of lining some things up first.
