Thanks to everyone who came to last month's meet up. This will be our 5th monthly meet up and we are hoping to keep the trend going by continuing to grow the group. This month we are switching it up and trying a new location called the Lion and Crown in Allen, TX. This event is for everyone involved in any facet of the real estate world. The goal is pure networking and to connect you with local brokers, wholesalers, investors, realtors, contractors, and anyone who can help you with your business. Please RSVP! 

Also we are hoping to start having speakers and Q&A sessions in future meet ups. If anyone has any interest in being a speaker or if you know of anyone that might be a good speaker let me know! Any expert in their field or real estate would be welcomed as a speaker.

Don Mcgrath: Real estate investor veteran flipping 100+ houses over the course of his career. Currently focuses on his Brokerage Love Joy Homes and buying long term rental properties.

Waylon Themer: Commercial lender at City Bank of Texas which focuses on lending on various real estate ventures such has townhouse construction, multifamily units, retail centers, and single family properties.

Come join us at the first monthly BBI Meet Up. The event is at the Barrell & Bones Craft Bar and Smokehouse providing reduction on whiskey prices, half off select bottles of wine, and discounts on glasses of wine for their Whiskey and Wine Wednesday event. This meet up is for everyone interested in any facet of real estate and we welcome beginners and veterans. This is a pretty casual meet up with the goal of meeting people in the area and finding a way to connect you with the people that can help progress your real estate investing, wholesaling, finding contractors, finding agents, or whatever it may be. We will have a booth reserved so just look for the "professional-ish" people all sitting together. We hope to see you there!
