@Cameron Tope

The contracts I have are easier to understand and they aren’t written by a buyer.

@Cameron Tope

The only reason I’m more inclined to use my own is for my sellers sake. Mine are cut and dry, black and white, very easy to understand.

Hello everyone I’m a new wholesaler in the west Texas area, I have my own contracts that I’d like to use. Do I need to bring them to an attorney beforehand to verify them before I begin using them? Some have told me yes. Others have said it only needs to meet certain criteria. Which mine do. Just trying to get a straight answer on this. Thank you for your time.

I'm torn between creating my LLC with S-Corp status or not. Wanting opinions from real people who have done this. Have you seen any major benefits over time or will a standard LLC work all the same. It will be for wholesaling in Texas.

Have most of y'all gone with the traditional LLC tax status or are y'all filing as S-Corp? Currently setting up my LLC and would like to know the major benefits.

Hello everyone I am currently looking for a title company in Lubbock, Texas who is familiar in closing wholesale deals. If anyone has a suggestion it is appreciated.
