Contracts for wholesaling

Hello everyone I’m a new wholesaler in the west Texas area, I have my own contracts that I’d like to use. Do I need to bring them to an attorney beforehand to verify them before I begin using them? Some have told me yes. Others have said it only needs to meet certain criteria. Which mine do. Just trying to get a straight answer on this. Thank you for your time.

Hey Will,

I'm sure your contracts are sufficient but why not use the TREC contracts? 

These forms are put through decades of case law and available to anyone, not just agents.
