I responded to this thread 4 years ago (see previous posts from a former noob).  Being 4 years further into my investing, I am 100% luxury vinyl plank flooring.  Period.  Lumber liquidators gives me commercial discounts, so 5mm think flooring costs my $1.89/sq ft for NICE stuff.

If I only new then what I know now....

@Michinori Kaneko Absolutely!!  We meet the 1st Wednesday of each month, so you can plan on May 1st at 6:30p.  I post a new "event" here on BP as we get closer!  Would LOVE to have you join us!

There is a member named Dan Cone that is from somewhere over in that area that comes to our meetings pretty regularly.  You'll no doubt meet some more local folks if you can come see us at the next meeting!  (Jan 2nd).
