When I usually see a for rent sign I call them up and ask them how much is the rent..  once I get the rent amount  then I ask if they would be interested in selling...

Simple as that...

Hi South Fl is a hit market and there's plenty of deals.. you will have to think positive and figure out what works for..if listed properties don't work out try something.. 

what I have notice the original wholesaler will put a bunch of information about the property while the co-wholesaler would  put 2-3 pictures and a description.
