Depends on your finished and how much needs to be done in basement but in my experience it’s 200-300+. With out knowing your scope of work and your building size it’s hard to give you an estimate. Would you say this building is in a safe location It is by the high school? 

Also, Is the neighborhood trending up or getting worse?
