@Reinaldo Lopez

Thank you. Yes that's the second option being proposed and I would have additional heads to use later for another additional area (sunroof)

The conversion i speak of appears to hand been a covered carport which was then converted into a self contained unit. This is where I was told in iron 1 that I could tap into the existing ductwork and add enough to cover this area. It would cost me $3,100 and I rounded it up to $4,500 worse case scenario as opposed to putting in a new 3 tonne heat pump for the main house then add ductless minisplits for the conversion. This option would cost $12,900.

Hope it's clearer.

@Patricia Steiner thank you for your opinion. It would cost a pretty penny as well to install windows units so I'm thinking of going with the cheaper option and if the extended area prove to be inadequate I could install 3 window units later for about $2,500 which would still be cheaper.

@Nathan G.

I probably should have mentioned it's a month by month rental per bedroom in a shared house.

@Brad Hammond

Using another app would be me making special arrangements for him and I've rejected others in the past who wanted to submit their own so that's a no go.

Interesting re the guarantor though, but I failed to mention im less concerned about the credit score and more about the background as I rent per room.

@Nathan G.

Thanks.

@Scott M. Thank you.

@Joe Splitrock

Thanks Joe. Yes, that's what I tried to explain to him. His daughter is trying to help him with the application as I believe he's a bit challenged with using the site.

I honestly don't think he is trying to be dishonest but I'm more concerned about his criminal background seeing that it will be a shared housing. I've personally rented to persons with sub par credit even in the 400s, and then later helped them to buy their own house in little over a year.

So hard pass I guess.

Good day All

I have a pending application because Transunion via Apts.com cannot verify applicant's identity.

He has provided his bank statements, set up online payment as requested but I can't accept him because of the Credit/Background checks.

I called Transunion and they suggested he get a copy of his annual report so he can answer the questions correctly.

However, he is unable to get this done as I was told it brings up info for his son and not him so again he was unable to complete application.

Any suggestions on what you would do?
