Just refinance my primary property and pay of all my debt and Heloc for the down-payment 20% but i wanted to find property close to phoenix airport and also downtown phoenix so i am looking all over for property under 200000 but not having any luck i look at listed homes for sale last two weeks but no luck i wasn't trying to rehab any property want something to start produce cash flow anyone live in the Phoenix Area Have any ideas of what we are doing wrong working with a realtor too.

I have a friend with capital want to be partner in real estate with me he don't have much experience in real estate he have some experience in construction should I get a paralegal to form a LLC for both of us should this be a great direction before sharing my lead in fix and flip
