Well she received the registered mail and I am heading over today Wednesday to get property appraisal done hope we will be able to get in if not can I just open up the door if refused to let us in or  should call the police to help me with this the lease clause state quite time and enjoyment but I have learn its end at 430pm Monday thru Friday but lease only mention quit time and enjoyment no time anyone know of a good real estate Attorney that can talk to  about the knowledge of this situation thanks

Live in the Phoenix area just purchased a duplex close on  Dec 18th my tenant not wanted to give us access to enter even with 48 hours notice plus I email her the new lease agreement same terms only my name added to it she don't wanted to sign plus I text her about it 3 days in advance no response so I text her about it again this time she blocked me dates pass she still not signing any help on what to do in this case.

Well I read plenty of books and analyze many properties in the Phoenix area work with few different Realtor this one is a young investor I used a known mortgage broker in Scottdale when first see this deal there was a waiting line to view it so we place a bid and $7000 more but was able to get a lower price since it appraisal came back lot lower than selling price fit my ROI perfect using a rental management company at 5% have a tenant nurse with kids from out of town Great deal

I want to thank you all for your motivation in your webinar and I am glad last year when I was referred to watch Brandon Turner on youtube by a popular YouTuber I just close on my first investment property in central Phoenix Arizona very nice deal did all that I have learned from Brandon turner and everyone at bigger packet being a pro member was a great thing for me and really admire your push I am excited and getting ready to do a second one real soon please keep up the good work in Helping others hope to meet Brandon Turner one day have a blessed day.

  • For example, you'll want to avoid becoming a cosigner on a loan, taking out an adjustable-rate mortgage, and taking on new debt all of which can increase your financial risk during a recession.
  • If you're an employee, you'll want to do everything you can to safeguard your job, such as performing top-notch work and improving your productivity.
  • If you're a business owner, you might need to postpone spending on capital improvements and taking on new debt until the recovery has begun.
