So today I finished my first 30 Direct mail letters. Took my time and drove through my area. I had 3 pages of addresses. Of those 3 pages I pulled owner addresses from the assessors office. Then dropped 30 personalized letters In The mail today. My goal is to do 30 more tomorrow!

Set up a PO Box and a roll free number for my business. Along with new emails etc!

Wish me luck!!

@Frank Wong thanks! So true! The true nature of someone really isn’t tested until the relationship grows. Wish I could move my agent out of Ca to help me in other areas! Thanks for the reply

@Amy Kendall thanks for the input. I’ve been asking questions and most of the RE agents so far haven’t given me the confidence during phone conversations that I feel I need.

I know most of the broker agents probably have that experience but their front line agents on the team may not. Any tactics to get through this barrier?

Tittle says it all!

What are the must have questions when screening Realestate agents for long Distance investing? Also what are examples you would want to hear from that individual??

I’m in the process on interviewing REA and want to narrow it down and systematize it!

@Corby Goade thank you! That helps it stay in perspective! I know that the equity in my property that I’ve borrowed against is dying and there was more equity available that I didn’t cash in on.

The out of pocket expenses is what was hanging me up! There are a few deals that have cash flowed positive without the 2nd mortgage Payment. These look appealing. Negotiations haven’t come through just yet on the offers we have made. But that’s not stopping me. Looking at a property today and still running rehab estimates on another potential.
