See if you can find someone that lives in one of your rentals.  I'm sure someone would love to help you if they didn't have to drive to work everyday.  We give our tenants rent credit whenever we need extra help

 Let's say a PM collects $100,000 in gross rent from one property every month, they get to keep $10,000 if they charge a 10% mtg fee? and aside from collecting rent and screening new tenants, what other services is included in the PM mtg fee?
