My fiance will going to school at FGCU in Fort Myers, FL in the fall and we are looking to buy a condo or town home in the area. Is there anyone in the area that is willing to speak to me? We are looking to do a vacation rental or AirBnB when shes not there (mostly over the weekends). Does anyone have experience in this manner or know someone?
