Although i'm Encouraged, i get Frustrated often! I've had 2 properties under contract but No Serious Buyers! 2 Buyers backed out of a deal! It's a Great deal with Plenty of Meat on the Bone for the End Buyer! I guess i'm not reaching out to enough Buyers even though i get inquiries Every Day, several times a day!

Thanks @Christine Kankowski! The ones I've seen in the past is pretty much universal, with everything covered, as well as the "and/or Assign clause!

I'm about to get my 2nd house Under Contract (1st one didn't work out)! Would anyone be so kind to email me a copy of a "short and to the point" (one page, I've seen one) Purchase Agreement? The Seller wants me to email her one for her to look at before she signs it! And of course she's Very Motivated to sell! I just don't want to confuse or intimidate her with a 7 Page Agreement that she doesn't understand! I realize that this website has one but does anybody have others that they use?  Thanks In Advance!

Thanks @Eric Romo, @Tyler Shoaf, @James Green! I'm not in a position to purchase right now that's why i'm looking to wholesale! I realize FSBOs are the better way, I just run across Great Deals but they're represented by agents! I was just wondering was there a way to move forward with it!

What's the Best way to wholesale a property that's listed with an agent! Will the agent be willing to allow me to get the property Under Contract, basically giving me a specified time period to assign it to a buyer? I'm thinking the agent is Strickly looking for a Buyer for the property so that they can make their commission! Also, does the Agent and Seller sign the Assignment Contract or what paperwork is used since there's already an Agreement between the Seller and Agent?
