Hello, I am looking to buy MF in Maine and now exploring Auburn, Lewiston , Brunswick, Westbrook . Any recommendations on who I can speak to about managing the property and in general can give some insider tips on the area and the surrounding ones ? Currently do not have any priority on the area. Focused on cash flow and hopeful to get couple of properties in the next few months.

Thank you @Taylor L. and @Joe Splitrock. Using a tracker is a cool idea. I saw some trackers as small as a penny. Will pass that info to the tenants.

Hello BP members,

I got a condo unit in MA with a tenant leased for an year. A really good tenant, very prompt on payments etc. Last 4 weeks or so, they are missing some amazon packages and some of the packages are opened. The main door is locked and someone needs to have a key to open the main door to get to the packages. Tenants are talking to the condo association. Anyone got any tips on how to address this ? Night out camping near the front door disguised as a trash bag ????

@Ryan Weiss Is the carpet only in the bedroom ? The lighter color makes the room looks much bigger and nicer. I use carpets in bedrooms and vinyl flooring everywhere else in my units.
