Hello, I am looking to buy MF in Maine and now exploring Auburn, Lewiston , Brunswick, Westbrook . Any recommendations on who I can speak to about managing the property and in general can give some insider tips on the area and the surrounding ones ? Currently do not have any priority on the area. Focused on cash flow and hopeful to get couple of properties in the next few months.

@Vysakh Sivarajan I can put you in touch with property managers from Sanford up to L/A and over to Bath. Happy to discuss details on the multi-family market in any/all of those areas. Feel free to reach out!
