Package thief at the apartment complex

Hello BP members,

I got a condo unit in MA with a tenant leased for an year. A really good tenant, very prompt on payments etc. Last 4 weeks or so, they are missing some amazon packages and some of the packages are opened. The main door is locked and someone needs to have a key to open the main door to get to the packages. Tenants are talking to the condo association. Anyone got any tips on how to address this ? Night out camping near the front door disguised as a trash bag ????

Install a Ring camera that is motion activated and monitor the area. Another option is put a GPS tracker inside a box and catch the thief. See if you know someone with an empty laptop box or something expensive to use that as bait.
