@Rhonda Blue ours fit up to 10 people so it's harder to get smaller groups. We're still trying to mess with prices to get it right.

@Chris Gottshall that's what I've been noticing. Also not sure what percentage of taxes VRBO picks up. I know airbnb fits the state taxes and I'm responsible for city ones.. I also did price higher on VRBO like you mentioned. Thanks for input!

Hello, my husband and I just got our vacation home started early this month. We've listed on Airbnb, VRVO/HomeAway, Flipkey/TripAdvisor and booking.com. so far all we've gotten are Airbnb guests. Which one is better for you guys? And why? And differences, charges, advertisement, tips we should know about? Lots of people prefer VRBO but, maybe we're doing something wrong.. would love feedback.

@John Underwood Great info! It'll Vacation home. We've been working to get this house completely renovated and we're finally almost done. It has a duplex in the back so we have tenants there. As soon as they move out, we'll be turning them into vacation rentals as well. My husband recently got laid off so he'll be taking care of most of the needs.
