Check out WalMart's earnings report when it comes out for this quarter. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the stimulus deposits that have started hitting are really stimulating Walmart's earnings. If true, the bills aren't getting paid however TVs and phones are flying off the shelf!

Is it true that unemployment checks are being supplemented by an additional $600.00 a week? That's $15 an hour for a 40 hour week. That's more than most retail employees make! 

If you get $500 +/- for unemployment and then an additional $600 a week and the stay at home orders are lifted within the next 4 weeks, I really don't see how we go into a recession/depression.

I also don't see us ever paying off the national debt.

True Title, Investors Title. You need to call title companies and ask them if they do what you want to do. Are you going to double close? Assign? Creative financing? Ask them what they expect of you.

@Jas Evans Cold calling? That's calling people and asking if they want to sell their property. You obviously need a list of people that have that have a motivation to sell but you are calling them, uninvited, so you need to clear the list of people that are on the "no call" list.

@Trevis Kelley have you thought about cold calling for a RE investor? Cold calling is not fun for a lot of people, 

including RE investors so I'm sure you could negotiate a payment plan that might get your foot in the door to

where you eventually want to go.

I know the Dow isn't the market but it's easiest to understand my example.

Was the Dow cheap or expensive at 5000? Cheap or expensive at 10,000? Cheap or expensive at 15,000?

Cheap or expensive at 20,000? Or is it all manipulation and the little guy doesn't have a prayer of winning?
