Dear BP members, I see A potential 19+ MF in the hot market - Bay Area. The property has been renovated in over a year ago by a seasoned buy&flip investor. The property is fully renovated in good condition and new tenants are in place. I can assume the original loan with better rate and 1 year interest only term but I need some creative ideas to come up with the down payment (>2M). Any advice is appreciated!

Vancouver area is a great choice, nice weather, nice pacific ocean wave on one side , and magnificent Rockies on another side.. NO snow ... and delicious spring water from Rockies ... just stay away from the area close to city Centre where they're pricy but other than that, it's awesome! Good luck and please share your plan when it's decided!!
