Need capital for DOWN payment for MF Property

Dear BP members, I see A potential 19+ MF in the hot market - Bay Area. The property has been renovated in over a year ago by a seasoned buy&flip investor. The property is fully renovated in good condition and new tenants are in place. I can assume the original loan with better rate and 1 year interest only term but I need some creative ideas to come up with the down payment (>2M). Any advice is appreciated!
