Getting started with wholesaling

Wanting to basically look up distressed properties and contact owners

There's a free trial but wanted feedback before doing so

People have been recommending propstream, ended up with scout since it was free skiptracing and it was cheaper 

any other tools people could recommend super helpful

Getting started in wholesaling

Need a way to look up property owner info for distressed properties

I’m trying to decide between dealmachine, propstream, and scoutproperty.co

dealmachine seems decent but super pricey plus I don’t really need mailers

propstream seems expensive since i’m a beginner i don’t want to spend that much

haven’t tried scout but they offer free skip tracing, thinking of doing their trial

Any advice on the above or any other helpful tools?
