Getting started with wholesaling

Does anyone have experience with this? https://scoutproperty.co/

Wanting to basically look up distressed properties and contact owners

There's a free trial but wanted feedback before doing so

@Vincent Pryor Im going to be super honest with you. If there was really a database for distressed property all wholesalers would be driving super cars. But since they dont, youve got to reasonable conclude that finding discounted property isnt as easy as going to a website. Ive been wholesaling for almost 10 years. There is no short cut around doing the work and finding the sellers. That means marketing, marketing and more marketing. Anyone trying to convince you that its “easy” is trying to sell you something. Proceed with extreme caution.
