Not sure what software to get for wholesaling

Hey guys, new to biggerpockets

Getting started in wholesaling

Need a way to look up property owner info for distressed properties

I’m trying to decide between dealmachine, propstream, and scoutproperty.co

dealmachine seems decent but super pricey plus I don’t really need mailers

propstream seems expensive since i’m a beginner i don’t want to spend that much

haven’t tried scout but they offer free skip tracing, thinking of doing their trial

Any advice on the above or any other helpful tools?
