I’m currently searching for deals in my area. Im finding quite a few deals but I have no contract to put it on it still learn on how to create one and I had a template one but it wasn’t right for the deal! I’m just looking for a good contract that I could use to start off my journey into wholesaling !

Hello I’m Vincent, I’m looking for good sites and other ways to find my first property to wholesale? Do I start locally or do I go out of state?

I know 110 percent I want to do wholesaling real estate or any type of real estate. Im just at a wall I can’t seem to get around. Where do I start my foundation ?How do I start the process to wholesaling my first property ?
