Im Vincent and i just need some advice I feel like im going into this with not enough to info in my mind if that make sense.

I’m currently 19 years old study and on The track to getting my license in the next 6 to 7 months. I’m looking for advice, tips, just something you think a rookie should know

I’m asking this question cuz I wanna hear from other people that are also into real estate hear why they do what they do in life why they have gotten as far as they gotten?

My answer for my own question is: The reason I get out of bed every morning because if I don’t I could miss my opportunity that could lead me to be successful or could just lead me to meet a new person so I wanna see where each day takes me and use them to make me the man I want to be.

I love your answer I can see how those things you listed could keep you happy Thur out your everyday life. I’m currently building a better bond with some of my family and I don’t really have place I can call home so maybe that could a thing that could help me find it.

Hey @Brady Wiley I have been currently living in my car for the past month. It’s been hard at some points but I held Thur and the way I have been getting Thur every day is just trying to work, study for real estate, or go to the gym. I save as much money as I can don’t got that many bills so saving not a problem until I can find a room to rent or somewhere to stay for when I start school in January.

So I’ve been studying for over a year about real estate by watching YouTube, podcasts, all of those places and I finally made up my mind on getting my license. What’s the best way to get on the path to getting the license

Hey @Steve Vaughan Thank you for replying on this and sorry I should of put more details in. The assumption you have came up with is correct rent a place and split the expenses.

My friend and I have been talking about getting a place together and go half’s on the utilities.

Thank you Nicole I appreciate you giving me this advice. I have a retail job and a warehouse job  i have been working for a while. Just been saving up and taking care of my self i will go take a look at that book !
