All great ideas! Thanks everyone for sharing those creative ideas on this thread. I am looking to get some of these experiences introduced into my rentals in subtle ways without being an overhead to manage much. Renting golf carts , mountain bikes is on the top of my list there :)

Has anyone implemented additional streams of income in short term rental properties that add to your existing source of primary income from them? E.g vending machine (luxury food/drink items etc). Any brainstorming ideas anyone can come up with? :)

I am looking for some help to conduct an open house (atleast 2 days) for 3-4 hour windows/day for my rental property Huntsville. Would anyone know of any realtors who could help me with it? Expecting them to talk to the prospects and take down notes with any questions/feedback etc and share with me after so I can make a decision.

I am looking to stay close to the entertainment district around State Farm stadium and was hoping to get some insights into the areas around there- good/bad/ugly. Trying to stay close to the stadium area but not sure how busy it is through the year.

Hello BP folks,

I am looking to get some insights into the Rainbow neighborhood of Madison,AL between Hughes and Slaughter in terms of rental demand and desirability. The schools seem top notch but don’t really see a lot of rental comps around that neighborhood so wondering how the market is around here. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I am looking into the Albertville, AL area and trying to learn a bit more about the local economy , rental demand (especially for Multifamily) etc. Has the local economy taken a big dent in the last few months etc ? Trying to figure out what kind of realistic vacancy and rent growth projections would be inline with the local market conditions.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks

Vikas

Thank you so much Steve for those guidelines. I will definitely keep that in mind while interviewing the PMs. Although I was hoping for some direct references from here, I will reach out to NARPM and see where I land.

Thanks
