Hello, i need you advice on whether to sell or keep the rental property ..

I brought a town home around 6 year ago for 176k and moved out of it , after I brought a single family home couple of year ago. Since then I have been renting out that property. Its a 2006 year built , and the current market value for the property is around 225K, this is max it has ever been and I don't think it will go beyond this price as there are plenty of new construction around. Its in a great neighbor hood, where renting it out will never a problem, but my question is , since the property is almost 15 year old and it reached it peak in terms of market value , is it good idea to sell it and buy something new for the same price.? sorry my English is not good , please let me know if you need any further details to make it easier for you give your suggestions. thank you for your time.

thank you all for taking time to share some valuable information. I live in St Augustine , FL so it's not far from Orlando , i plan to do several trips , meet some people and see some properties .  Right now i'm on the fence whether to go ahead or not, however i will do my research before jumping further.  Anyone has any recommendations for Agent ?? please do share .

I am looking to buy vacation home in Orlando FL near Disney world. The primary purpose is to earn vacation rental income and plus use the house for some days in a year. And people who are already own STR , please share your experiences as well , is it worth it ??
