The contract is created I signed it looking to put her in a foreclosure home that she can fix up. 

Aunt wants a foreclosure home and has a 4 bedroom 3 bath home built in jacuzzi master suite. How do I obtain a contact and enough money for her to move into here new home and fix it up

As I am marketing I meet a guy who is writting a number down for a house with his wife son and daughter I'm no rocket scientist but it looks like he ready to buy.
