I am working my part time job ready to be a full time investor. As I am marketing I meet a guy who is writting a number down for a house with his wife son and daughter I'm no rocket scientist but it looks like he ready to buy. I asked him did he like the way it looks and his name, and phone number. What is the next process I should do in a situation like this one to wholesale it help?
