Going up in the morning to do all the homework on it and aim to get a signed contract with the buyer no later than Saturday. Will buy J Scotts's ebook later tonight. I was thinking the fee he was discussing was the earnest deposit I will tell him to pay at the contract signing to lock it in.
Will be giving CloSure Title a call tomorrow to fill them out. So are you saying they are familiar with wholesaling deals? Guess you gotta rub elbows with Charlottesville and Augusta County REI because there is no club or anything to reach out to and network to. Will it be ok if I contact you once I get a good deal in Charlottesville, Waynesboro, and Staunton and we all can make money together?
