The property management company that currently manages my 4-plex uses Propertyware, which I do like. I use the owner login and see what the PM company and tenants are doing.

I just started going to a meetup in Puyallup at the RAM with Washington Real Estate Investors Club. They cover a certain topic at each of their meetings. Can anyone recommend a good detailed property inspection company in the Memphis, TN area? My husband is looking to purchase a duplex down there for investment purposes and wants to make sure the inspection is thorough. I found some posts from a few years back, but I’d like to get some current references. Thanks in advance!
