Property Management Program

Hey landlords, what program do you all recommend using for managing properties? Last year my husband and I purchased two rental properties. One is this is a single-family home and the other is a fourplex. The fourplex is currently being managed by a property management company, but we are looking to start managing everything ourselves. Also, we are currently working on purchasing more rentals.

I personally use tenantcloud. It's not only rent collection software but also used as a management tool. I've been using it over a year now and pretty happy. The downfall is that they do not have life support. It's online only.
