@Mary Mitchell Thanks Mary. There’s a similar unit that’s up for rental too, that unit is couple floor up and mine is on the ground level. I’m about $200 more per month as my logic is to attract people who doesn’t like the stairs? Or this is not a good excuse? Would people pay more for a ground unit?

Hi, bought a new construction that's 2B/2B about 1000 Sqft near Arbor Lodge area. What's the current rental market rental rate and the demands. It's been out in the market for almost a month and seems like there isn't a lot of traffic. Greatly appreciated getting your feedback/insight. New investor.
