Portland OR Current Market - Rental
Hi, bought a new construction that's 2B/2B about 1000 Sqft near Arbor Lodge area. What's the current rental market rental rate and the demands. It's been out in the market for almost a month and seems like there isn't a lot of traffic. Greatly appreciated getting your feedback/insight. New investor.

Well there is a good comp for you. I would immediately lower the rent by $200/month... Its much better to have a tenants than none :) Especially if you are competing with a similar unit you need to be the better "deal" - so the fact you are on the ground floor may help - but then again it may not.
