Hello everyone for years I've been just unsettled by the amount of slum and blight conditions that exist in my little town. I felt just unable to do anything about it. I'D see older homes being abandoned by the children of hardworking parents becoming delapidated, and untouched because no one seemed to be interested in changing the status quo. Well a lightbulb went off a few years ago and I have set my mind to buying  these properties, improving them or tearing them down and lease optioning them. Hopefully I'm helping  communities by being the change I want to see.  My goal is met by establishing connections with like minded citizens to get our local govrnment on board and building relationships within communities to help boast the pride, and connecting with those who have the resources to rebuild, revitalize and reorganize strong communites. I can be the change I want to see but I know I can't do it alone. So one of my goals on BP is to find out how other have done it or are doing it. It can be done, one house at a time, one block at a time, one section at a time.
