@Jalonni Sorrell I feel you'll need a team no matter what, there is just to much to be done to do everything on your own. Plus you need cash buyers for your deals on your team. If you have no one else at least have that lined up. a great deal is nothing if you dont have someone to buy it.

I Hope this helps man.

@Joanne Malseed the best way is to attend meetups and networking events. This is the best way to grow the network. The people you meet at these meet ups are already doing what you want to do so its so much easier to relate and hold conversations. It's so important to be around like minded people. I have a few friends in the area that hold meetups. PM if you think youd like attend, you can even check out BP's system and find meetups near you. or check out meetup.com? for even more meetings near you. I hope this helps you. Feel free to PM anytime

hey man good luck i hope you get the funding

@Ronaldo Beaubrun driving for dollars is an awesome way to start! That and door knocking tbh they go hand in hand (for best results do both lol). You got this man. With d4d? I’d go with wholesale. Save up the profits and use it to buy a rental(if that’s something your into) or do a flip.

@Elizabeth Roncevic having a mentor someone to bounce ideas off of. Having someone that has what you are trying to achieve helps ALOT cause now you can ask questions and get the answers tailored to you. You don’t have tp reinvent the wheel. I feel like the path is easier to walk when it’s been laid out in front of you.

Aloha !!! What’s up everyone I’m not sure if this is the right section to be posting this question. If so please let me know!! So the question is … Is there anyone familiar with finding foreclosure leads in the newspaper? If so ? How does it work ?
I’d like to think breaking in is breaking but when the cops show up and you can prove you own the place? There shouldn’t be any problems right ?
