As far as finding the leads try the court house. I love the court house filled with leads i never my local court house without at least 3-4 leads. PM me lets talk

@Nick Gray i have heard of people paying college kids to write, stamp, and send the letters for them that could work out really good. I have a system that automatically does it for my team and each letter looks hand written all we need to do is stamp and send those bad boys out lol.

Maribel ? What type of investing are you currently into? 

@Roman Stefaniw BP believes in self education and peer to peer helping instead of wasting a ton of money on the gurus lol which i do stand by. However there are those courses that do actually feed you some knowledge and not just 3 days of up sell. A lot of the members i feel would tell you to take that money and deeping your knowledge instead, in the end its up to you.
