Looking to get my Core-4! What lady agents/investors do we have on here?

We are looking at Ohio but are open to most areas. We have $100k cash and if it works out have about $150k we can 1031.

Great thoughts! We know of some properties that are less than 100k and rent for 1k a month but they aren't anywhere near major cities. I was thinking I should look at more metro areas with people moving out now but will move back to, especially as the west coast keeps pricing families out.

We are looking at investing 100k somewhere in the Midwest. We are investors in Oregon and looking to do some out of state investing.
