ya there are times we will need the backing as well been trying to establish a realationship with investors and hard money lenders that's not easy and I have money to put in on the deals 

yes that's what me and my girlfriend have been tryin to accomplish but it's not easy .

if you have any more deals that you want to do 50/50 let me know I would do that with you .& I would do all the remodeling part with my crew and I have connects to get materials cheap for us just keep me in mind if you do that again 

I my self am a contractor and when I do deals in that way with a investor . I buy in 50/ percent and we split the investor can't do it all  . in ur situation I would only give 25/percent

look for apartment complexes that are run down go in and clean it up and bring it back up to full power only reason I know about this is I was the contractor working with a investor who done this several times some he held and some he sold and all involved made good money 

sure I have installed plenty of them and could assist you on wed of this up coming week if you could hold out till I get there I will be in town Wednesday I have to be in town to sell a house I have there
