We seek a good realtor with STR investing experience in Boyne City or any good and upcoming city in Northern Michigan with Low to Moderate restrictions.

There are some very great suggestions given above. To add onto those, Indy is very street-by-street and you may find good deals working with a good realtor. We started investing in Indy in 2019 and now after acquiring 16 properties, we have quite a good information on most of the areas and zipcodes. Lessons learned? Challenges?

The turnkey property was great but the property manager provided by the company was terrible. Dealt with tenants abandoning the place before the end of the lease and terrible PM service. Learned "a lot" about screening the PM for all future deals, more DON'Ts than DO's ;). Read the whole story below:
