Referals for agents and PMs in Indianapolis

Hi,

I am an out of state investor looking for opportunities and connections in Indianapolis. I've been searching for this area for quite a while and found a few properties that I am interested in digging further. I'd like to get some referrals from BP.

Most of the properties I am interested in are in south of the city and will require some sort of cosmetic work and rehab. I'd like to get some local intel and discuss the potential of these properties.
