@Kenneth Dai My husband and I are looking into Memphis Investment for our first out of state property. I have few questions if you don't mind answering. 

1) Did the assessed price for other 2 properties which you bought with them had the same issue, regarding coming back and telling you to put more money down at closing? If that is the case than I will be little worried to invest with them.

2) I see this post is 2 years old, so did you already had a move-out or re-signing of lease? How was your overall experience with them during these 2 years?

3) Any other suggestion you want to share with us (Newbies).
